1111	Reorganization of final-system Glibc page	chris@…	clfs-commits@…	"I have a patch where I've edited and rearranged a number of elements of the final-system Glibc page. A summary of the changes:

* I don't see any need for the Note about iconv(). I think it's one of those things where anyone who cares will probably already know and won't need to be told about it by CLFS.

* I think the paragraph about how Glibc will build fine despite the toolchain pointing to /tools should be made a Note, and should be at the top.

* I put together the commands for nscd config file and systemd support files into one block.

* I think the sentence describing installation of locales could be slightly reworded. The current phrasing, specifying that the locales were not installed by the ""make install"", seems to imply that the user should expect them to be, and I don't believe a new builder would.

* I believe timezone config should be in the i18n section instead of just ""Configuring"". It does relate to the user's localization settings so I think it fits better there.
