EGLIBC trunk is closed and 2_19 will be the last release.

It is advised that we use Glibc 2.19 and any issues we have go to the Glibc support list.

Moving to Glibc 2.19 we can pull the tarball from gnu servers and not host our own local copy that we did with eglibc.

If users require Eglibc for any of the mentioned items that are not resolved as in the article linked above, then they should check out Eglibc 2_19 branch.
