Description

ISL 0.16 was released, followed quickly by a 0.16.1 bugfix release. In the process of doing a test build with this version.

I've done several builds now with ISL 0.16.1. I haven't seen any problems, and no changes are needed in other package instructions, including GCC.

I have used recent ISL 0.17.1 with an ARM build without issue. I'm expecting x86 and other ARCHS to not have the issue.

As suggested in the mailing list, we may want to stick with 0.17.1 and not move to 0.18.
