Russian transaltions of vim manual page cannot be found

Description
Man doesn't look into /usr/share/man/ru.KOI8-R, and installs some other manual pages in directories not searched by man (but installs copies in proper places). Please apply the vim-7.0-mandir-1.patch from LFS so that the Russian translation of vim.1 can be found and no junk is left on disk.
Also please make sure that "man vi" brings a translated manual page.
