Update book text about Udev

Description
The book still mentions the Hotplug package in its explanatory text. It needs to be updated with information about the current Udev setup. Unfortunately, I don't know much about how Udev works. LFS recently updated their Udev info (mostly rewritten by Patrakov) - the "Device and Module Handling" and network script pages were updated, and a new "Custom Symlinks" page was added. Should we just copy those pages from LFS?

Fixed in r2307. New udev text has been copied from LFS.
